It’s that time of the year again when the kids of Gauteng compete in the World Robotic Olympiad. This year as the amount of entrants increased, the usual competition was split into two parts, with a Gauteng South and Gauteng North event.
The event at the Tshwane University of Technology was a little quieter than usual due to the competition being split – but there was still a huge amount of children and their parents at TUT.
While the focus was less on the Great Ball Contraption this time around, a lot of the members of the GBC team wanted to ensure that their modules were running correctly and once again set up their circuit to fine tune everything. Of course this generated a lot of interest from children and parents alike.
While the rest of our members showed off the latest builds, the GBC team certainly stole the show!
