11:00 – Start arriving and setting up trade tables
12:30 – Lucky draw!
13:00 – Swim/Braai/Chat/HAVE FUN!

What to pack?

• Sunscreen
• Swimming clothes
• Towels
• Bag for wet clothes/towels
• Swimming aids
• Fun inflatables for the pool

• Own food, snacks and drinks. There will be fires if you want to braai, remember your braai tongs and braai salts, side dishes, rolls, condiments, cutlery (and a Checkers bag for your dirty cutlery) and napkins and/or wet wipes

• Camping chairs. There will be normal plastic chairs

• If you’re bringing your family, something to keep the kids busy (there is a big sports field, tennis court, netball court and beautiful trees to have picnics. There is also a very nice play area for the young ones)

Gifts for the kids

For those with kids: Please bring your own children a wrapped gift that will be handed out on Sunday too. Please don’t make it very elaborate as to make other kids very jealous.
